Encompass Select is an Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA) working with organisations in the private, public and third sector to employ apprentices. We will support you in the end-to-end process from working with you to identify potential apprenticeship opportunities within your workforce, through to recruiting and holding the employment relationship with the apprentice. In return Encompass Select will charge an agreed management fee per apprentice.

Encompass Select will also support you in identifying potential training, both through our sister company Encompass Consultancy, but also other specialist training providers. With the recent apprenticeship reforms, including the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy and new Apprenticeship Trailblazers, the process or recruiting and organising training for apprentices can be a complex task. Encompass Select can support you throughout the process ensuring your apprenticeship programme adds true value to your organisation.
